How Reds communicate, learn and connect

  • Communication

Confident, verbal, humorous and candid — a natural negotiator.

  • Learning style

A spontaneous, active style: hands-on, visual and verbal, with competition, movement and freedom to explore.

  • Connecting with a Red

Recognize their need for immediate payoffs, focus on the here and now, and give them freedom to express themselves.

Red and its opposite, Yellow

Red and Yellow sit at opposite ends of the map. Red looks for flexibility, variety and adventure; Yellow looks for order, schedules and step-by-step plans. Understanding the difference turns friction into teamwork.
