How Greens communicate, learn and connect

  • Communication

Brief and concise, asks questions, gives advice only when asked, with a dry sense of humor.

  • Learning style

A competent, visionary style: independent, curious and self-driven, with high standards and room to develop their own ideas.

  • Connecting with a Green

Recognize their competence, be objective, and avoid power struggles.

Green and its opposite, Blue

Green and Blue are opposites. Green leads with logic and objectivity; Blue leads with feelings and harmony. Each brings what the other may overlook.
